Native to Southern Africa, these new varieties Lucia and Waterfall are more heat tolerant blooming from spring well into midsummer or even longer
The Waterfall Blue and the new Techno Heat Electric Blue are riveting iridescent color.

Lobelia needs plenty of sun to bloom its best. If you are in a hotter climate opt for hanging your planters or baskets where they get morning sun and mid-afternoon shade
